Booth Information

Each space for a booth measures approximately 12 ft. deept by 12 ft. wide. We will identify a 10×10 booth space using tape or flags so that there is one foot on either side of the artist’s booth.

Registration information will be provided in the email packets of accepted exhibitors.

Tents may be set up FRIDAY November 6th from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

OR EARLY SATURDAY MORNING (before 9:00 a.m.)

Artits are responsible for their tents, displays, tables, etc. Please ensure that your booth tents and displays are strong enough to withstand any poor weather conditions. Many booth spaces back up to a grassy median of plans and trees which may prohibit the availability of storage area.

Artists will be provided with the Booth Cards to display throughout the festival. The cards will identify artist name, hometown, category, and space number.
