Mr. Williams has served in this position since August, 2004.
Formerly, Williams was Chief Curator of Exhibitions at the
University of South Carolina’s McKissick Museum (1995-2004) and
the Curator of Edison Community College’s art galleries (1983 –
1995). He began his museum career at the Ringling Museum of Art
(1981-1983), where he was head of education and state services.
He holds a mater’s degree from Norwich University in art history
and the University of the South Florida in art education and
printmaking. Williams is the author of numerous exhibitions
catalogues and has compiled a catalogue raisonne of paintings by
American impressionist, Henry Salem Hubbell.
T. Marshall Rousseau

Mr. Rousseau entered the non-profit world in 1986 to become
Executive Director of The Florida Orchestra, in the Tampa Bay
area, and then several years later to the Salvador Dali Museum in
St. Petersburg. He joined the museum board in 1984 and became the
museum director in 2001. After serving for 11 years he retired and
joined the faculty of Eckerd College. In addition, he has been
named director of the Chihuly Collection that will be housed at
the Arts Center in downtown St. Petersburg.
He is a member of the board of directors of the John and Mable
Ringling Museum in Sarasota and also served on boards of The Tampa
Museum of Art, The Asolo Repertory Theater in Sarasota, The
Florida Orchestra and the Pinellas Association of Retarded
Children.
